Relationships of the Firm

Luanne Dunne, Vice President

Luanne is in charge of administering all legal contracts of the firm and conducting negotiations with local governments for zoning, entitlement issues and economic development incentives. Additionally, Luanne works on all of the firm's development projects and assists the President in strategic planning.

Luanne joined the staff of First Advisors, Inc. in April 2008. She was previously employed as a real estate paralegal with the law firm of Drenner & Golden Stuart Wolff, LLP., with Drenner & Golden's predecessor firm and with the former Jenkins & Gilchrist law firm in Austin. Luanne has also worked for a title company, property management firm and mortgage investment company. She has assisted attorneys and planners in the representation of owners and developers in all aspects of their business, including site acquisition, partnership and corporate formation, development planning, municipal approvals, construction and permanent financing, workouts and environmental problems.

Luanne has worked on all types of real estate projects - residential development, master planned communities, office buildings, industrial projects, apartments, condominiums, retail shopping centers and a variety of mixed use projects. Luanne is graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington and is an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
