Gary J. Davis, President & CEO

As President and Owner of First Advisors, Inc., Gary is responsible for managing its staff and delegating specific responsibilities to other members of the firm that are related to its real estate and investment business. Gary also coordinates and maintains the financial relationships with lenders and equity investors for the firm and its affiliated investment partnerships, as well as the work done by the firm's accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors and attorneys.

Gary's business career of over 34 years includes investing and raising capital in various real estate and business ventures, with specific endeavors in real estate development, mortgage banking, asset management and private equity investing. In the past 15 years, Gary and his companies have raised in excess of $14 million in private equity capital. As a developer and investor, Gary and his investment affiliates have completed over $38 million in purchases, sales and equity syndications for various real estate projects. Gary has participated in developing real estate projects in 25 cities in Texas.

Gary is a regular member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1975. He currently serves on the board of directors of a publicly held marketing services firm in San Antonio. He is also serving as a member of the President's Development Council of Howard Payne University, Brownwood, Texas.

Gary previously served as an executive officer of several Texas-based real estate and investment firms and has been previously elected and appointed to several local and regional governmental positions in Texas. He has also served on the boards of numerous non-profit, civic and charitable organizations.
