Gala Y. Samuels

Gala works on all aspects of the firm's West Central Texas projects, including financial modeling, market research and sales, negotiations with the firm's contract vendors, project planners and engineers. Gala also assists other members of the firm with project conceptualization and planning.

Gala York Samuels has been active in the real estate industry for 25 years contributing to development projects in Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana. The projects consist of residential and commercial ventures including some of the premier residential and mixed use developments in central Texas including 7 shopping centers, 3,000 apartments units, 2 resort properties and 3 residential sub-divisions.

Gala also has extensive experience in financial analysis of real estate projects including valuation and appraisal. She has owned an appraisal company which focused on appraisals for banks and the Resolution Trust Corporation in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

Gala has represented clients in commercial real estate sales and leases on both sides of the transaction and numerous real estate investors in their acquisition and disposition of their real estate interests. She has held a Texas Real Estate Brokers license for 21 years and attended the University of Texas-Austin obtaining a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development along with a M.B.A. with a focus on real estate finance.
