Clifton L. Davis, Vice President

Clifton's direct responsibilities include demographic, psychographic and market research of geographic areas in which the company is developing a project. Additionally, Clifton prospects for and negotiates with qualified small tenants and pad site users, as well as working with other members of the firm on specific project assignments in the area of marketing and sales.

Clifton has been with First Advisors since February of 2005 and was promoted to Vice President in March, 2008. His direct responsibilities include demographic and market research, prospecting for qualified tenants and small tenant leasing in projects sponsored by First Advisors and their affiliates.

Clifton is a graduate of Austin High School, Austin, Texas and has attended Austin Community College. He also has attended classes at the Austin Institute of Real Estate and has obtained his Texas Real Estate Salesman License. He also has previous work experience as a retail sales associate in an apparel chain store in Austin.

Clifton is an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
